Rates

Non-Event Rate: $100.00 per night for 2 guests

Event Rate: $250.00 per night for 2 guests
Additional Guests: $25.00 per night for each additional guest

6% Sales Tax & 2.5% Hotel Tax are added to every total.

There is a 2-night minimum stay during events. A deposit equal to one night’s lodging is due when the reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival.  Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. Checkout is 11:00 am.

Deposit: A minimum of one night’s room rate is required as deposit when your reservation is made. Your balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellations: We do not overbook. Be sure to call us within 30 days of your reservation if your plans change. We will do our best to fill your reservation and if successful, we will return your deposit less a $25 processing fee. If we are not successful, your deposit will not be returned.
